Yoga Day USA

I’m teaching a Restorative Yoga class on January 26th in Beaumont, at the Wilton P. Hebert Health and Wellness Center. 6:00 PM to 6:45pm – Nonmembers can come with a member, or on a guest pass, or pay the daily fee to enjoy the class.
