A gentle beginning yoga class was done. We used the yoga balls, blocks, straps and blankets. Deep tissue release of the low spine with the yoga balls. We did Warrior II legs with Eagle Arms. Also a variation of Chair Pose with Cow Faced Arms. Twisted Chair Flow, A Sun Salute. A couple of Warrior I & II’s. Plus a favorite, Tree posture. A nice long relaxation ending with Decaf Chai Tea and cookies. A very nice practice.
