Small Core Yoga Ball. (Target Abs and Hip Flexors in our Boat/Cobblers pose variations)
Yoga Mat. (Keeping glued to the mat, through the vinyasas)
The sweat starting to drip just minutes class has started and continued throughout the class, until the last portion of the class.
Received some nice complements about the class. Supervisor told me that they like to me a bit more cardio on Saturday mornings, so we stepped it up a bit, from the classes that I normally teach at the YMCA.
