Pasta Salad

PASTA SALAD INGREDIENTS: 5 oz. boneless, skinless chicken, chopped 1 1/3 cups pasta 1 stalk celery, chopped ½ tomato, chopped ½ cucumber, chopped ¼ cup onion, chopped 4 tbs. green peas, frozen 2-3 tbs. lemon juice 2 tbs. low-fat mayonnaise Mrs. Dash seasoning (salt-free) DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients together and season with Mrs. Dash. Serve Yield: 2 servings Each serving equals: 290 calories Or 2 oz. meat, 2 ½ starches, ¾ cup raw vegetables, 1 fat
