Here is one of the routines that I do in our adaptive chair yoga class. We do about 12-20 minutes of seated cardio in the yoga class that do at the church on Thursdays at 10:15 a.m. I previewed played this song a bit this week, and every one in the class got a little excited about the song. So here’s the choreography for Happy by Pharrell Williams (who I think is going to sing this at the Oscars this week). So we mix it up in our adaptive yoga chair class! Hope you enjoy this.
