Artsy stuff and yoga lower cortisol!

Who knew?  Doing “artsy” stuff and/or yoga helps to lower your cortisol–the stress hormone.  So it is all good!  Love this.  So this is what I’ve been doing lately!

Join me for beginners yoga on Monday at 6:15 pm at Wesley UMC, or adaptive chair yoga on Thursdays at 10 am – again at Wesley UMC, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Tx.
