Back Pain Relief Scientific study where 228 adults participated in either: Yoga – 92, Stretching – 91, Booklet – self care – 45. Of the three modalities both Yoga and Stretching, one hour(or class) per week assisted in the relief of back pain.

WOW! so do either yoga or stretching.

TONIGHT! We will go over the 15 yoga poses/stretches to assist in the relief of back pain.
