#ChairYogaFitness – Get Fit Where You Sit – Chair Yoga – Adaptive Yoga
Just another public yoga class, great for beginners, using the chair to assist with yoga poses.
About 25 minutes of opening, warming yoga poses.
Twenty-Five minutes of seated cardio.
The rest of the class with balance poses with the chair, cool down, guided relaxation and meditation.
Thursdays 10:00 AM at Wesley United Methodist Church, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Texas.
Free to those with MS or those who accompany them. Others are welcomed. Please bring $5 your first time, then afterwards you may either bring a monetary donation or a food Back Pack Buddy donation.
