Yoga for bone building
Dr. Loren Fishman has created a sequence of poses that will work in a unique way, when done in a consistent manner, will build bone density.
Classic Tree Pose
Warrior Two Pose
These are some of the poses used in building bones. Held for at least 30 seconds (done on both sides of the body), and held dynamically, actively pushing the feet into the ground, lengthening the arms opposite directions, will contract the muscles in the body, to effectively stimulate bone building.
Dr. Fishman, continues to conduct studies in how yoga helps to build bones.
