I’m one of those, “I have to print it out, and look at it while I do the yoga pose.” kind of person. So I’m thinking that I am a visual learner. When I take an online webinar training, I am always doing screen saves, naming the files, and then putting them into a word document, so that I can go to my mat, and practice. Old Skool, but it works!
While on vacation, I had my recipe or template, for me to continue to practice 12 yoga poses for osteoporosis, osteopenia, or for just maintaining my bone density. Don’t need a yoga mat or a fancy strap (I used the hand towels for my straps).
So enjoy my version of Warrior 2 on the beach!
