In The News: How To-Ease Back Pain. Tested Amazing Results–It’s Yoga!

Back Pain Relief Scientific study where 228 adults participated in either: Yoga – 92, Stretching – 91, Booklet – self care – 45. Of the three modalities both Yoga and Stretching, one hour(or class) per week assisted in the relief of back pain.


WOW! so do either yoga or stretching.

What to bring:

  • Comfortable clothing.  Wear a form fitted shirt, so that your shirt won’t ride up your back side, or layers
  • Bring a yoga mat (I do have extra mat, that you can borrow.

Where?

  • Wesley United Methodist Church, 3515 Helena Avenue, Nederland, Texas 77627.  Held in the Christian Life Center, the most southern building on the church property.  Enter from the parking lot.
