This class is half of seated dance fitness – no extreme twisting, but lots of leg movement, arm movements to get your heart rate up in the cardio workout zone!
Then we move onto strength building poses with some seated yoga, or standing behind the chair and doing the same poses.
Bonus, a guided relaxation stress reduction set of yoga poses that will ease your mind, lessen your stress, lower your blood pressure.

Come a bit early if you need to get a one time free class pass to try out, and if you’ve used up your class pass, you can pay a $10 drop in fee to use the facility for 24 hours.
