Who Really Uses Vegan Eating?
What? Okay, lots of different reasons. I came to eating Vegan due to I can’t exercise any more, what I’m doing isn’t working, and in the back of my mind I remember my oldest easily able to lose weight being Vegan.
So I did the 10 day Mary’s Mini Rice Diet, and unbelievably lost weight. I guess “abs” are really made in the kitchen.
But what to do now at Thanksgiving? Veggies! and Vegan Turkeys!
I’ll be looking at Kroger later today to see if I can find either one of these! Wish me luck!

Think I’ll make these for Thanksgiving too!
