It’s time to sign up for next years 2023, International Kids Yoga Day – YogaKiddos with Gail

Gail Pickens-Barger, teaching on the yearly International Kids Yoga Day, since its inception in 2016! Here we are doing Noah’s Ark Yoga during Vacation Bible School at Wesley UMC in Nederland, Texas. Additionally teaching Kids Yoga Day routines to the kiddos at Wesley’s Mothers Day Out Programs.

Gail has been an ambassador with us since 2016 and we are so grateful! She always has creative ideas (like the upcoming adaptive sequence!) and we love her enthusiasm!
