YogaFit Partners with President’s Challenge Program to Promote the Presidential Active Lifestyle Award (PALA).

Join YogaFit’s Group today!
Be entered to win a Level 1 training!
To earn your PALA, all you have to do is exercise 30 minutes/day (youth 60 minutes/day), 5 days/week for 6 out of 8 weeks.

You can either log your exercise online or by filling out a paper log.
