The more out of shape that you are, the more you’ll see immediate results in a regular practice.  AGAIN, you don’t need any previous experience to make dramatic changes in your life in a very short time. Here I am several years ago demonstrating these yoga poses.  But the thing is, one can do a pose, but are you actually being active in the pose?  Pressing your foot into your inner thigh, pressing the feet apart in a wide stance, while shoulders being aligned, and dynamically extending arms opposite directions, while pushing feet opposite directions?

Was that a long sentence or what?
